Three New Variety Packs for Shipping

Sometimes one can run into a problem of having too many choices, resulting with it being difficult to decide which to go with and not doing anything. Such as when you'd like to bring over some of your favorite Northern Minnesota brews to share with a few friends, and no doubt everyone might like something different, what can one do. Well, to help make it a little easier, we're adding a few variety packs that provide a nice selection of different flavors within a particular style.

Standard Styles
Simple without the flair, relying on core malts, hops and yeast, including:

• Flying Squirrel Amber Ale, 4.9% ABV
• Voyageur Pale Ale, 4.7% ABV
• Lost Bay IPA, 5.4% ABV
• Hoppy Folly Strong IPA, 6.9% ABV
• Black Swan Stout, 5.0% ABV
• King Kong Strong Pale Ale, 11.7% ABV

Fruits
​Enjoy each of our fruit inspired brews, including:

• Odin's Blueberry Ale, 5.9% ABV
• Radberry Raspberry Wheat, 5.9% ABV
• Tranquilo Jalapeno, 4.5% ABV
• Sand Bay Wheat, 4.5% ABV
• Hango Honey Mango, 11.2% ABV
• Black Bear-E Blackberry Ale, 15.75% ABV

All of our fruits are added during or at the very end of the boil, which allows the yeast to take care of any extra sugars and giving you all the flavor without the added sweetness.

Oak Aged
Savor and share our oak aged barleywine brews, including:

• Loch Ness Scottish Ale, 8.1% ABV
• Hango Honey Mango, 11.2% ABV
• Ample Maple, 15.1% ABV
• Grindstone Coffee Chocolate Stout, 15.1% ABV
• Black Bear-E Blackberry Ale, 15.75% ABV
• Drunken Pancake Super Sweet Maple, 14.9% ABV

The oak used are spirals and staves that have been marinated in different liquors and wines for extra flavor and character.

Through the rest of the winter we'll be bringing back the family of lagers, some lighter ales including the Amaizing Cream Ale, and some new Belgian styles, all of which benefit from fermenting at relatively colder temperatures, which of course we'll have no shortage of any time soon.
