New Beer Available: The Drunken Loon Has Landed!!!

This is what could be considered of the Belgian Trappist Dark Ale variety, a dark amber-colored beer with hints of various spices giving it a smooth yet complex aroma, taste, and at 8.5%, one only needs one or two to be on their way.

What makes it so special?
Besides the process involved, our own little trade secret, and never mind the amazingly high quality water, some of the ingredients include:

• Grains: Massive amounts of Pilsen, Caramel Cara Gold, Special B Malt, Chocolate, Black Malt, and Flaked Corn.
• Hops: For bittering, used Nugget from Oregon and for Aroma, used Pacifica from New Zealand. 
• Spices and more: This includes a healthy amount of Belgian Candi Sugar, Coriander, Cardamom, Grains of Paradise, Star Anise, Rose Hips, and Irish Moss.
• Yeast: A special Belgian yeast designed for these types of brews.
