We're now in what could be called the beginning of the whirlwind of the summer, so much activity it's difficult to keep ones bearings, here's an update of a few things going on.
Canada Day Weekend
One of the busiest weekends of the summer, we'll be locked and loaded with both the regular bar and deck bar stocked up and ready to serve, the Fun Food Factory truck will be at the beginning of the city pier and Saturday and Sunday, and we'll be having live music with Jeff Sales on Canada day. You can also see a majority of the fireworks from the end of the City Pier or the Loony's Brew dock.
Come on down to party, socialize, enjoy some live music, watch the fireworks, have some outstanding summer food and much more.
The Water Dancing Loony
Come down to Loony's Brew this Saturday to enjoy the show with a pint or two of your favorite beer!
The Live Music Loony
To help give a firm boot to winter and kick off the summer, we're having a live music celebration this weekend with Lucky Dogs on Friday and Gordon Lewis on Saturday!
Come on down this weekend and help us kick off Spring/Summer in style!
The Music Loony
This Saturday we get a real treat from the musicians David Allen from North Dakota and Joe Kopel from Minneapolis. Both are accomplished singer songwriters that have released their own albums of originals and will be gracing the stage with their musical harmonies starting at 9pm.
Come on down to check it out, will be a performance not to be missed!
The Music Loony
Mark your calendars, this Saturday we have a twofer, wine tasting from 5-8pm followed by a brand new musician to Loony's Brew, David Holweger, playing alternative country covers and originals from Hatton, North Dakota, starting at 9pm.

See you this Saturday and don't forget we have the absolutely fascinating historical society discussion and stories tomorrow night.
The Wino Live Music Events Loony
Both Friday and Saturday night starting at 9pm will be some incredible live music performances at Loony's Brew.
Lucky Dogs from Big Falls is back in town and ready to knock your socks off with a combination of covers and originals played on a range of different string instruments.
Also back in town by popular demand is solo acoustic musician Megan Resch from Duluth. A relatively low key performance that seduces you with her subtlety, you'll be tapping your feet, singing along and dancing before you know it.
Come on down to Loony's Friday, Saturday or both to enjoy a rare back to back musical jamboree!
The Music Loony
Hard to believe but it's already less than a week away, this winter is flying by so fast, blink and you'll miss it (maybe not quite but it sounded good). Thanks to Tricia and her team at the Chamber of Commerce, this year should be better than ever. Here's an overview of what's happening at Loony's Brew throughout the event, will post more updates as we get closer and recaps of what happened.
And a little recap/remembrance video from last year:
