For those with hearts so inclined
Whom enjoy the fermented fruit of the vine
On this Wednesday is 25% off
Every wine we have in the name of love
Whether a Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio
A Sauvignon Blanc or Mango Moscato
A Pinot Noir, Malbec or Merlot
A Cabernet or Red Blend, all will flow
And if craving some food, a bite to eat
The Rainy Lake Grill is just across the street
When you're done, have some wine to end the day
Sharing a glass or bottle, all is ok
After all, it's only once a year
To share with those whom our hearts hold dear
Listen to music or play a tune
Let it ring, a time to swoon
Open your hearts to the romance that climbs
See you this Wednesday with your Valentine
The Romantic Loony
Mark your calendars, this Saturday we have a twofer, wine tasting from 5-8pm followed by a brand new musician to Loony's Brew, David Holweger, playing alternative country covers and originals from Hatton, North Dakota, starting at 9pm.

Try out twelve new wines for $15, here's a brief overview of what's included.
See you this Saturday and don't forget we have the absolutely fascinating historical society discussion and stories tomorrow night.
The Wino Live Music Events Loony
Following last month's discussion about prohibition in the area, the Koochiching County Historical Society is back this Thursday with another intriguing discussion, this time being the The Rainy Lake Aristocracy: Life of the Rich and Famous.
See you this Thursday!
The Events Loony
While only Tuesday, I expect after a few more days full recovery from Ice Box Days will be accomplished. Thanks to everyone that came out for the live bands and canoe races, the bonfire got going a bit late but finally the flames were burning high. This Saturday, we're happy to kick off the first weekend after Ice Box Days with a beer tasting event!
Afterwards will be open mic and karaoke.
The Brewing Loony
Both Friday and Saturday night starting at 9pm will be some incredible live music performances at Loony's Brew.
Lucky Dogs from Big Falls is back in town and ready to knock your socks off with a combination of covers and originals played on a range of different string instruments.
Also back in town by popular demand is solo acoustic musician Megan Resch from Duluth. A relatively low key performance that seduces you with her subtlety, you'll be tapping your feet, singing along and dancing before you know it.
Come on down to Loony's Friday, Saturday or both to enjoy a rare back to back musical jamboree!
The Music Loony
Hard to believe but it's already less than a week away, this winter is flying by so fast, blink and you'll miss it (maybe not quite but it sounded good). Thanks to Tricia and her team at the Chamber of Commerce, this year should be better than ever. Here's an overview of what's happening at Loony's Brew throughout the event, will post more updates as we get closer and recaps of what happened.
And a little recap/remembrance video from last year:
The Cold as Ice on the Outside with a Raging Fire Inside Loony
PS Don't forget today is Canada On Par day (every Sunday all day) and will have the big Vikings game on the TVs, with pints and complimentary peanuts ready to go.
Wanted to say thanks again for the wonderful evening, it was well organized, so many great stories, and everyone seemed to have a great time. Here's a few photos for anyone the missed it.
The main speakers Mike and Ashley (in photos below), although after the formal event was done, the stories continued for a good 30-45 minutes from different people attending sharing their own prohibition tales.
And the display that was set up in the back room:
And a photo of some of the crowd in attendance, thanks again to everyone that showed up, gave their support and donations to help the Koochiching Historical Society keep doing their great work.
Thanks again and looking forward to finding out what's next!
