Beer of the Week: Voyageur Pale Ale!!!

It's Monday and you know what that means, a new beer of the week!

Voyageur Pale Ale, The Specs:
SRM: 4.8
IBU: 39
ABV: 4.7%

Some Trivia: The Pale Ale got its name Pale from at the time, heating the grains was a bit uncontrolled, heating more than needed, with the result being a darker beer, maybe a bit closer to the modern day stouts. Over time, the heating process became more controlled from using coke as a heat source and in 1703 the beer and name Pale Ale had arrived.

More bitter than most but not IPA bitterness (similar to the rest of English ales in bitterness, ie a pint of bitters, English ale, etc), it's lightly colored and has a medium level of alcohol. Properly carbonated, this beer gives a decent head, is clear, and you can see the bubbles rising through the beer from start to finish.
